The Board of Directors of ANPI-Gabon met in ordinary session on 24 February 2025 at the Agency's head office located at the Serena Mall building, 104 rue Gustave ANGUILE, under the chairmanship of Mr Aimé-Popa N'ZOUTSI MOUYAMA, its Chairman and Mr Ghislain MOANDZA MBOMA, its Managing Director.
The meeting focused in particular on the final closing of the accounts for the 2024 financial year, the status of implementation of 2024 activities and the 2025 budget. The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr N'TZOUTSI MOUYAMA, expressed his satisfaction at the smooth running of this Board meeting.
While expressing their deep gratitude to the President of the Transition, President of the Republic, Head of State, Brigadier General Brice Clotaire OLIGUI NGUEMA, who has placed ANPI-Gabon at the forefront of our Country's economic diplomacy, the Directors praised the results achieved by the Agency during 2024, marked in particular by the organisation of several economic meetings as well as the mobilisation of several investors for the implementation of priority projects identified by the Government.
They also congratulated the Executive Management on the efforts made to implement the Board's recommendations, the accounts for the 2023 financial year having been certified without reservation by the Statutory Auditor.
It was in the spirit of consolidating the Agency's action that the Directors adopted the budget for 2025, which forms part of the implementation of the ANPI-Dynamique 27 Strategic Plan.
