ANPI-Gabon, in partnership with the Directorate General of Civil Affairs, organised a seminar on the activities of the Investment Window, under the theme "Harmonisation of the procedures of the provincial business formalisation centres", from 12 to 13 June 2023.
In line with the Agency's mission, in particular to create businesses in 48 hours in Gabon, it is essential to remove all blocking points and bring together all the conditions necessary to achieve this objective, namely: harmonising the procedures of the various business formalisation centres by building the capacity of the teams and extending digitalisation to all the provinces.
The aim of the seminar is to address the shortcomings observed in the area of business formalisation, particularly as regards registration with the Registre du Commerce et du Crédit Mobilier (RCCM) throughout the country, to put in place memorandums of understanding, to build the capacity of the Registrars involved in business formalisation and to standardise RCCM registration procedures throughout the country (deadlines, documents, costs, etc.).
At the end of this training, the recipients, who came from different provinces, received their certificates of participation in the seminar.
The event was attended by Mr Cédric RATANGA, Technical Adviser for Entrepreneurship, representing the Director General of ANPI-Gabon, Mr Ghislain MOANDZA MBOMA, and Mrs Arlette Mermoz NTSAME ZENG, Director General of Civil Affairs at the Ministry of Justice, Keeper of the Seals, in charge of Human Rights and Gender Equality.
