On Tuesday 30 April 2024, the Ordinary General
Meeting of Les Sucreries du Gabon, a company recently sold by the State to MFB
Gabon, was held at the headquarters of ANPI-Gabon.
The purpose of this Ordinary General Meeting was to note the effective transfer of Les Sucreries du Gabon by the State to MFB Gabon, to record the resignation of the Directors, the appointment of new Directors and the transmission of the company's management documents to the purchaser.
This Ordinary General Meeting also prepared for the
forthcoming signing of the agreement for the sale of shares in Les Sucreries du
Gabon.
